Op 25 mei ging de nieuwe Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) van kracht. Wij hebben uw persoonsgegevens altijd al met de grootste zorg behandeld. Wij hebben nooit gegevens verkocht aan derden en gebruiken uw gegevens uitsluitend voor het persoonlijk versturen van nieuwsbrieven over diervoeding. Wij behandelen alle gegevens van onze abonnees als strikt vertrouwelijke informatie en respecteren nauwgezet uw privacy.

Do we disclose your information to third parties?

DSM may engage third parties. To the extent that these third parties process your data when performing the relevant services, they do so in the capacity of processor for DSM and DSM has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.

Children

The DSM websites are not intended to be used by persons under the age of sixteen (16) and we will not knowingly allow such visitors to use DSM’s websites.

Right to access / rectification / object

At all times you can request access to and/or rectification and/or deletion of your data if such data are incorrect or irrelevant for the mentioned purposes. For these purposes please send us your request for access, rectification or deletion of your personal data via email.

Retention period
